Refund / Cancellation Policy

This Refund / Cancellation Policy explains the general rules that apply to purchases and bookings made through Divine Flame Coaching & Consulting, LLC (“Divine Flame,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
This policy is intended to provide public notice on the Website. Separate signed client agreements, booking terms, or checkout terms may contain additional details. If there is a conflict, the more specific agreement or checkout terms control for that purchase or service.
1. General Policy
Because Divine Flame’s services involve limited availability, scheduling, preparation, and individualized review, refunds are limited. Please read all service descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly approved by Divine Flame in writing:
prices are stated in U.S. dollars;
any sales, use, value-added, or similar taxes required by law may be added at checkout or invoicing;
payment processing fees, administrative fees, and taxes already remitted may be non-refundable; and
refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction alone after services have begun or digital materials have been delivered.
Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law.
2. Coaching Packages
Coaching packages are offered on a limited-availability basis and involve reserved time, preparation, and scheduling commitments.
Coaching package fees are generally non-refundable once purchased.
Once the first coaching session has occurred, the package is fully non-refundable.
A full refund may be granted only if the package is canceled at least 24 hours before the first scheduled coaching session.
If Divine Flame, in its sole discretion, approves a refund before the first coaching session and before meaningful preparation has begun, any approved refund may be reduced by payment processing fees, administrative costs, and the value of any work already performed.
Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Coaching sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed without notice, or attended more than 15 minutes late will be treated as forfeited and will not be eligible for any refund or credit.
Sessions included in a coaching package must be used within 6 months of purchase unless a different period is stated in the applicable client agreement.
Expired or unused coaching sessions are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.
3. Consult + Action Plan
Each Consult + Action Plan is offered on a limited-availability basis and involves reserved time, preparation, scheduling commitments, and written follow-up work.
Consult + Action Plan fees are generally non-refundable once purchased.
Once intake materials have been submitted and meaningful review or preparation has begun, or once the consultation is within 72 hours, the Consult + Action Plan is fully non-refundable, whichever occurs first.
A full refund may be granted only if the Consult + Action Plan is canceled at least 72 hours before the scheduled consultation and before meaningful preparation has begun.
If Divine Flame, in its sole discretion, approves a refund before the consultation and before meaningful preparation has begun, any approved refund may be reduced by payment processing fees, administrative costs, and the value of any work already performed.
Consultations may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Consultations canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed without notice, or attended more than 15 minutes late will be treated as forfeited and will not be eligible for any refund or credit.
Once the written Action Plan has been delivered, the service is complete and non-refundable.
4. Digital Guides and Downloadable Products
Because digital guides, worksheets, and other downloadable products are delivered immediately or become accessible upon purchase:
all sales of digital products are final; and
no refunds, returns, or exchanges are provided once access has been granted or the product has been delivered, except where required by law.
5. If Divine Flame Must Cancel or Reschedule
If Divine Flame must cancel or reschedule a session, consultation, or service, we may offer one of the following, depending on the circumstances:
rescheduling at a mutually agreeable time;
a credit toward a future service; or
a refund for the unused portion of the affected service.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first at hello@divineflamecc.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.
Initiating a chargeback does not cancel your contractual obligations where services were reserved, preparation was performed, or digital products were delivered. We reserve the right to provide relevant records, policies, booking terms, and proof of delivery, scheduling, or communications to the payment processor or financial institution.
7. Exceptions
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot lawfully be waived.
